RETURNS

Returns are not accepted. LSG orders are made to order and cannot be resold if returned. Please see our Exchange Policy.

EXCHANGES

If an item(s) in your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us using the Contact Us page to initiate an exchange. Item exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Item exchange requests submitted after the 30-day period are considered final sale and may not be exchanged.

SHIPPING

Last Stand Graphics provides the options to ship using USPS, FedEx or UPS. Last Stand Graphics is not responsible for lost or stolen items during shipping. Customers must submit a lost/stolen package claim through the mail carrier.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Last Stand Graphics uses the payment platform of Square to accept payments. Customers will have the option to save payment details for future orders. Last Stand Graphics does not retain payment information. Payment information is stored securely using the Square service.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed at Last Stand Graphics will not start production until the full purchase price is received. An exception to this rule is Graphic Design services. If purchasing Graphic Design services, 50% of the fee is due following the initial consultation of your design. This 50% fee is non-refundable.

APPLICABLE TAXES

The 6% Maryland Sales tax will be observed on all items sold by Last Stand Graphics. Shipping charges will not incur sales tax.

SIZING CHARTS

Sizing charts are available on request based on the chosen brand of clothing that is ordered.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Damaged items or items that fail to meet performance standards may be exchanged up to 30 days after the delivery date of the items. Photographic evidence of the damage or deterioration must be provided for the claim to be considered valid.

COUPONS/PROMOTIONS/DISCOUNTS

Coupons, promo codes, and discounts may only be used by the customer they are provided to. A record is kept of coupons, promos, and discounts and attached to a customers sales profile. If trying to use a coupon not assigned to your sales profile, the coupon will be denied.
